RESERVATIONS and CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to reserve your class dates; payment in full must be received 10 days prior to class or charter start date.

Cancellation more than 60 days:
Full Credit for future classes or charter good for 1 year from scheduled start date of class/charter.
Cancellation 30-60 days:
50% of class/charter fees will be retained by ISS if you cancel within 30-60 days of scheduled start date of class/charter.
Cancellation within 30 days:
100% of class/charter fees will be retained by ISS if you cancel within 30 days of scheduled start date of class/charter or are a no show on the date you are scheduled to begin. ISS reserves the right to reschedule your class/charter with appropriate instructors, boats, locations, and/or other pre-scheduled classes within 1 year in the event of weather or family emergencies in a good faith attempt to provide the agreed upon services.

We suggest that you purchase travel insurance in the event of unforeseen circumstances, weather, or family emergencies.
DISCLAIMER: Sailing is an outdoor sport and the weather is unpredictable. ISS advises that you should come prepared for all kinds of weather. Squalls may occur at any time, which will require excellent seamanship and teamwork between the Captain and students to adapt to the situation. If a student insists on terminating the course early due to the weather, ISS will not be held responsible, nor will any cash refunds be given once class has begun. ISS will, however, allow for make-up sessions at its discretion.
